you will know why not to buy any Chessbase Software anymore.
Why should I buy if they steal my life time account as well as other custommer accounts ? The Chessbase sysops involved in account manipulation and account stealing are just all impertinent.

Use FICS and ICC they are much better than this.

Nope, my live time account I have payed for is still unavailable.
The explanation beeing : "look what I can do". As long as hard-earned money is involved this is not excaptable. This is nothing more and nothing less than an attempt to block all old life time account accounts they were selling with Fritz 7. They just don't want such accounts anymore. The deletion of all this old accounts has a top priority. They find excuses for doing so. I still await an excuse for this on the main ChessBase page in the name of all customers who have been wrongly accused and got their account stolen. Also I am awaiting a recompenssation for the "outfall" of my account. Also a change of all sysops involved in this filthy affair.
Please keep in mind that my account was using my real name, no nickname, so I want to have my name back there. It is beyond me how a software which plays chess with pawns on 1st and 8th rank can be called reliable. I am still annoyed and will let them know this each week here and in all relevant places.

Now another Chessbase sysop is acusing me the "well known" of cheating and whatever. We have provided proofs to ChessBase already those beeing ignored by all ChessBase syops. Don't let them fool you, they are all involved in this account stealing of people they don't like. Don't give your serial number to any Chessbase sysop. Experiences have shown us that they get deleted without warning if you complain or use the Arena logo in your profile. And yes my account and my name are still blocked, they don't like my name there, my name is a "forbiden word" on the Chessbase server. As I told you all sysops are involved in the stealing of accounts as they do know about it and do nothing about it. Mr. Enderle give my account back, give my money back, now I have another sysop, let's see and yes I did send mails to all ChessBase sysops all beeing ignored. This is now an open letter to ask for reactivation of my account, a recompensation for the account beeing stolen from me and an apology on the ChessBase mainpage for the cheating accusation.
