Windows x64/win32 Intel compiler 11 p.g.o builds
& Gcc 32/64 bit Linux compiles.
New name for Doch.
Over 40 ELO gain over Doch.
Improved evaluation.
Improved search.

Small update to the compiles is available on my homepage that fixes
the uci id name string. It was showing Doch instead of Komodo.
